Ambassador Mirsada Čolaković, Permanent Representative of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the United Nations met with the Prosecutor for the Mechanism for International Criminal Tribunals for former Yugoslavia and Rwanda, Hassanom Bubcarom Jallowon on June 4, 2014 at the Permanent Mission of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the UN in New York. The discussions were based on activities on the competition of the work of the International Criminal Tribunals for former Yugoslavia and Rwanda and on the continuation of the work through the Mechanism for International Criminal Tribunals. Ambassador Čolaković has stressed the importance of a successful conclusion of the work of the International Criminal Tribunals and expressed her belief that a good cooperation between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Mechanism for International Criminal Tribunals will be expected, as in existing cooperation between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the International Criminal Court for former Yugoslavia in The Hague. Prosecutor Jallow spoke about the organization and work of the Mechanism for International Criminal Tribunals, mentioning that he will visit Bosnia and Herzegovina, soon.
