The UN Preparatory Conference, which focused on the training and capacity building of the UN peacekeeping operations, was held in Montevideo, Uruguay on December 10th and 11th, 2018.
Colonel Jasmin Katica, Military Advisor to the Permanent Mission of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the UN in New York, participated in the UN Preparatory conference as the representative of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
On the UN Preparatory Conference has been presented the proposal of strengthening the training capacity of the United Nations on behalf of Bosnia and Herzegovina and will be representing the official statement of Bosnia and Herzegovina at the upcoming UN Ministerial Conference in New York on March 29th, 2019.
