Ambassador Sven Alkalaj welcomed at the Permanent Mission of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the United Nations the young children’s rights activist Amila Alikadic.

Amila is a children’s rights advocate from Bosnia and Herzegovina who has been invited to take part in the interactive dialog at the United Nations General Assembly on 20 November 2019, on the occasion of the International Children’s Day, celebrating the 30^th anniversary of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.

She is bringing the voice of children from Bosnia and Herzegovina to this important global forum, with emphasis on quality education for the 21^st century.
