Public Invitation – purchase of office premises

PUBLIC INVITATION

 

The Permanent Mission of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the United Nations New York announces a public invitation for the purchase of office premises/building for the official use of the Permanent Mission of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the United Nations New York.

 

The minimum characteristics of the office premises/building should be as follows:

 

  • Location: Midtown Manhattan
  • Size:  Minimum 3,200 sq ft for the office building space and 5,400 sq ft for

                  the self-standing building/townhouse

  • Structure of the premises:

 The premises, either in an office building or a townhouse, should have up to 13

 offices, one conference room, area for social gatherings, small kitchen space, archive  

 room, two toilettes in the premises and two parking spaces.

  • Price: The price should not exceed $3,740,000.00 with all commissions.

 

Submissions by the real estate agents should contain the following documents:

  1. Offers for the premises per above-mentioned or similar characteristics with the photos and floor plans;
  2. Proof of the ownership of the premises;
  3. Real estate agent authorization for work;
  4. Brokers fee and all other related costs (attorney’s commission, etc.)

 

Note: The Permanent Mission of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the United Nations is exempt from paying all taxes and enjoys diplomatic privileges.

 

Offers are to be delivered either by email to the address: [email protected] or by regular mail to the address: 211 E 43rdStreet, Unit 1701, New York, NY 10017 no later than March 28th , 2025 (COB).

 

In accordance with the regulations of the Law on Public Procurement, the Permanent Mission of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the United Nations reserves the right to reject the submitted offer without additional clarifications or explanations, if it considers that it was submitted late or evaluates it as incomplete.
